Maya Aluminium Double Glass Partition Series
The Maya panoramic double glass system is an all aluminum structure, with a wall thickness of 100mm and no gaps between glass modules.
There is a visible metal skeleton connection, using double-sided tape with a thickness of 3mm and a glass device on both sides of the aluminum glass frame. The exterior of the partition wall is made of all aluminum profiles, and the surface is usually anodized or electrostatic powder spraying treatment, combined with decorative panels and glass panel modules to form partition walls.

Wall appearance: Wall thickness 100mm, upper and lower rail height 50mm, glass frame width 28mm, between modules distance of 3mm.
Glass assembly: Steel with a thickness of 10 and 12mm. Use safety glass or tempered laminated glass for cleaning.
Fire resistance limit: EI60min
Crash resistance strength: 550Nm
Sound insulation load: 45dB-50dB
Design style: Vertical single piece to top or horizontal grid division, etc; The maximum width and height of the module are 4.5 meters.
Glass assembly: inner sealing strip of glass, outer sealing strip of glass, equipped with 10mm and 12mm thick transparent strips, bright, frosted, painted, screen printed, artistic, laminated or fire-resistant glass, etc.
Suggestion: Install different thicknesses of glass on both sides to achieve better sound insulation. Single-sided glass should not exceed 3 square meters, and unnecessary costs in transportation engineering should be considered.
